Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator in San Francisco, CA, onsite, for a 35-hour, full-time schedule. The role focuses on escalated help desk support while collaborating with the infrastructure team on Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace, Jamf, Intune, PowerShell, and user administration.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on MS 365 and Azure AD experience, PowerShell skills, and familiarity with Google Admin. Onsite work in San Francisco is required.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Exposure to Google Workspace admin and user provisioning.

Responsabilidades

• Handle escalated help desk tickets and troubleshoot issues.
• Support user setup, account creation, cleanup, and administration.
• Provide support across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
• Partner with the network administrator on infrastructure projects.
• Assist with implementation and setup of new software and applications.
• Support endpoint and device management.
• Work on day-to-day systems and user support tasks.
