Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with systems administration, network infrastructure, and enterprise technologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, and security best practices.
• Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or JavaScript).
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage Azure AD (Entra ID), SSO, MFA, and access controls.
• Support enterprise applications, integrations, and user troubleshooting.
• Monitor system performance, security, compliance, and data integrity.
• Automate processes using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues.
