Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on IT support, helpdesk, desktop support, or junior systems administration experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Windows endpoints, mobile devices, printers, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with user account management, MFA, permissions, licensing, and basic security practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and document steps clearly.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to support both office and field users.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support user accounts, groups, licenses, permissions, and access within Microsoft 365 and related systems.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, account setup, device preparation, access assignment, and equipment recovery.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for end users across office and field environments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, printer, network, email, and application issues.
• Escalate complex issues clearly with documented troubleshooting steps and business impact.
