Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related technical discipline required.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and enterprise tech.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical and systems administration support in a federal enterprise environment.
• Assist with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and related technologies.
• Support user accounts, permissions, and access management via Active Directory.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and application issues.
• Document issues and resolutions; escalate complex problems as needed.
• Maintain security and operational procedures, patching, and maintenance tasks.
