Job summary

Ohio County Healthcare is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to join the IT team in a hospital setting. You will troubleshoot workstations, servers, and network equipment, with a focus on AD/GPs, Office 365, and VMware maintenance.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma and 1–3 years of experience. You will contribute to backups, disaster recovery planning, and incident resolution while supporting patient care through reliable IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting on all systems within the organization including workstations, servers, network equipment, and applications.
  • Support Windows Servers including Active Directory and Group Policies, Office 365, and a VMware environment with upgrades and changes.
  • Utilize help desk to address open requests and resolve issues affecting patient care promptly.
  • Ensure backups are maintained and audited for disaster recovery; monitor virus protection software.
  • Deliver quality service with strong verbal and written communication and a positive attitude.
  • Assist with department projects and tasks as needed.
