Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a remote-first systems administrator to monitor and maintain health of our products and infrastructure in a monitoring-focused environment. You will handle alerts, follow runbooks, and support senior admins during incidents.

With 2+ years in system administration, you will work rotating shifts with an international team, enjoying health benefits, training reimbursement, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in system administration or related technical roles.
• Strong Linux skills and experience with Zabbix, Grafana, and Jira.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and collaborate internationally.

• Investigate alerts and resolve or escalate incidents.
• Handle 150-250 alerts per shift using Grafana and Zabbix.
• Take ownership of primary duty shifts after onboarding.
