Job summary

Renewable Careers Limited is seeking a Graduate Sustainability Analyst to join their environmental advisory team in Canada. You will support decarbonization efforts for corporate clients, real estate developers, and municipal agencies, with mentorship to become autonomous consultant within 18 months.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in STEM or related fields, are data-driven, and can translate complex metrics into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Environmental Science, Sustainable Infrastructure, Engineering, Economics, or related discipline.
• Analytical mindset with ability to manage spreadsheets and large data sets; spot trends in raw numbers.
• Ability to translate dense scientific metrics into clear, actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Carbon accounting & reporting support for GHG inventories (Scope 1, 2, 3).
• Coordinate with engineers/architects to analyze building-scale data for LEED/WELL or local energy codes.
• Build and maintain data models tracking client resource usage (water, waste, energy).
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify ESG risks for clients.
