Job summary

You will work with ERP data, support inventory management, and help ensure timely delivery of goods, coordinating with vendors and internal teams. Proficiency in Excel and exposure to Power BI will be valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with forecasting, inventory control, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support inventory management and demand planning activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues as they arise.
• Help maintain accurate records in ERP systems such as SAP or Acumatica.
• Prepare reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives across procurement.
