Job summary

BodyHealth is seeking a Junior Supply Chain Analyst to turn supply chain data into actionable insights across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. You will analyze sales, demand, inventory, and supplier data, support planning and purchasing, and help improve processes.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, you will build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and present findings with clear storytelling. Ideal for an eager, detail-oriented early-career professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, sales analysis, operations, or data analysis.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, charts and formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large data sets.
• Clear written and verbal communication; deadline-driven.
• Interest in demand planning and supply chain analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales trends, inventory levels, and demand across channels to support forecasting.
• Highlight risks and opportunities and provide recommendations to Sales and Marketing.
• Measure impact of promotions and launches to aid planning.
• Track KPIs like inventory turns, sell-through, days on hand, on-time delivery.
• Review on-hand inventory by warehouse and flag replenishment needs.
• Identify data discrepancies and work with data owners to resolve them.
• Update and maintain dashboards, graphs, and tables.
• Present findings to stakeholders with clear storytelling and visuals.
• Maintain supplier scorecards evaluating quality, delivery, and cost.
• Help design and maintain supply chain processes.
• Analyze bottlenecks and suggest workflow improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with IT.
