Kleinschmidt is seeking an Entry Level Structural Engineer for our Madison, Wisconsin office. The role involves analysis, design, and field work on hydroelectric, fisheries, and water resources projects in a hybrid environment with at least 3 days in-office.

Required is a BS/BSc/BEng in Civil Engineering (Structural). Proficiency in structural software (MathCAD, RISA-3D, SAP2000, AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D) and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities
