Job summary

MissionHires is looking for a Graduate Architect or Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona, to engage in forensic investigations and condition assessments. The successful candidate will work closely with licensed professionals, prepare reports and drawings, and contribute to BIM.

The role offers a salary of $80,000–$120,000 based on experience, along with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, and a Simple IRA with a 3% match.

Qualifications

• Able to work daily in the Home Office in north Phoenix, AZ.
• Passed the NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam (for Engineers).
• Established NCARB record and prepared to report AXP hours (for Architects).
• Physical ability to perform field investigations and work independently.
• Ability to read construction drawings, diagrams, and computer screens.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands‑on forensic investigations and condition assessments.
• Document distress, collect test samples, and conduct field testing.
• Assist with BIM and preparation of structural/architectural drawings.
• Prepare written reports, presentations, and final client deliverables.

Ability to perform field investigations

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
