Job summary

Jobot is seeking an entry-level Structural Engineer in Charlotte, NC to participate in all phases from design through construction administration. You will perform hand calculations, develop CAD drawings, attend on-site meetings, and prepare formal reports.

Must have a Bachelor's in civil engineering, EIT certification, internship experience in the AEC space, and experience with AutoCAD and Revit. Masters is a plus. We offer strong benefits, 401(k) match, and professional development support.

Job Details

As an entry-level Structural Engineer on our team, you will be responsible for participating in all phases of the building process from design through construction administration. Responsibilities will include performing hand calculations based on engineering principles, computer-aided design, on-site project meetings, and preparation of formal written reports.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's in civil engineering or related field
• E.I.T. (Engineer-In-Training) certification
• Internship experience in the AEC space with various building materials
• AutoCAD and Revit

NICE TO HAVE

• Masters in a related field
• Experience with structural steel, mild concrete, post-tensioned concrete, wood, and masonry
