Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers in Boise, Idaho seeks an Entry-Level Structural Engineer to join a growing team. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to analyze, design, and document various structural systems across diverse projects.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to advance their structural engineering skills while gaining exposure to design, calculations, site visits, and reporting in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.required.
EIT certification or clear path to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

Assist in structural analysis and design of building components using industry software.
Prepare structural calculations and documentation for projects.
Support design development and create design solutions with senior engineers.
Create and modify structural drawings using Revit or similar software.
Participate in site visits to assess structures and monitor progress.
Prepare engineering reports and project deliverables.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive execution.
Maintain project records and documentation.
Support quality control in engineering designs.
