Degenkolb Engineers is seeking an Entry-Level Structural Engineer | Designer to join our collaborative team. You will contribute to planning, analysis, and design of structural projects across multiple offices, with exposure to site visits and client collaborations.

You will work under experienced engineers to develop technical judgment, and progress toward licensure through meaningful project work and professional development. Hybrid work environment offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in structural engineering strongly preferred.
• Alternative path: bachelor's in civil engineering with 1–2 years of highly technical design experience.
• Proven proficiency in advanced steel/ Reinforced concrete design and structural analysis.

Responsabilités

• Perform structural analysis and design under licensed engineers' guidance.
• Produce contract documents and project deliverables with high quality.
• Participate in client meetings and documentation; travel to sites for observations.
• Support mentorship and growth toward PE licensure.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet objectives, scope, budget, and schedule.
