The candidate will work under a Senior Structural Engineer to develop concepts, strategies, drawings, specifications, and reports for diverse projects including K-12, higher education, municipal, health care, and industrial facilities. Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with structural coursework and an EIT certificate; 1–5 years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with structural coursework is required.
• Engineering in Training Certificate (E.I.T.) is required. 1 to 5 years of experience with concrete, steel, masonry, and/or wood design is required.

Responsibilities

• Determine structural loading criteria, perform complex design calculations, and prepare structural specifications. Perform field investigations and document findings.
• Work closely with other engineering and architectural disciplines
• Produce construction documents using Revit (BIM)
• Review shop drawings, respond to RFI's and perform field observations during CA phase.
