Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with 0–2 years of experience.
• Technical competence in structural engineering.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using FEA and other software.
• Apply engineering principles, procedures, and codes to designs.
• Interpret customer specifications and translate into manufacturable designs.
• Provide engineering support to drafting, sales, quoting, and project teams.
• Communicate technical information to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Assist with engineering-related pricing and quotation activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure cost-effective production.
• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes and team efficiency.
