Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in structural engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency in structural engineering principles and codes.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail and deadline-driven work.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design using FEA and other software.
• Apply engineering principles and industry codes to designs.
• Interpret customer specifications into manufacturable designs.
• Provide engineering support to drafting, sales, quoting, and project teams.
• Communicate technical information to stakeholders and customers.
• Assist with engineering-related pricing and quotation activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to ensure cost-effective production.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team effectiveness.
