Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Staff Accountant I for the Concerts division. This entry-level role blends transactional and general accounting duties; you will be a self-motivated, multitasking contributor in Chicago.

Responsibilities include preparing event P&Ls, managing venue revenue and expense accounts, processing wires, creating Oracle project numbers, completing reconciliations and journal entries, and supporting month-end closes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 0–1 year of comparable work experience.
• Quality problem-solving and communication skills.
• Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event flash reports (P&L’s) coordinating with operations.
• Manage accounting for individual venue revenue and expense accounts.
• Processing wires and create project numbers in Oracle.
• Complete account reconciliations as assigned; prepare journal entries.
• Project reconciliations for month-end and special projects; other duties.
