Job summary

Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp. in O'Fallon, MO (On-Site) seeks a Jr. SQL Developer to design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and ETL processes under guidance.

You will work with a team of developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver robust data solutions. Your responsibilities include writing efficient SQL queries, optimizing performance, building PowerBI reports, and documenting database structures and configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or 1–2 years industry experience.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases to meet project requirements with guidance from a Senior.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for performance and data retrieval.

Automotive Product Consultants (APC) provides an array of services in the automotive industry and other industries. Our core service, the APC Follow-Up Program, is a proven system that provides dealerships with a second opportunity to sell sales and service customers F&I products after they have left the dealership.

Job Responsibilities

• Database Development: Minor ability to Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases to meet project requirements and business needs with direction from a Senior.
• Query Optimization: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to ensure efficient performance and data retrieval.
• Data Integration: Implement and manage ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data from various sources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, analysts, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Reporting: Develop and maintain PowerBI or equivalent reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
