• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field with 0–2 years of experience.
• Ability to analyze radiation effects on electronic components and systems.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support radiation effects analyses for components, ICs, and subsystems.
• Perform TID, SEE, displacement damage analyses; assist with testing.
• Review environments, specs, and data; document findings.
• Assist with design verification, investigations, and qualification activities.
• Prepare technical reports, test procedures, and design review materials.
