Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth preparation and service to company standards of all food items aboard the ship, maintaining quality, consistency and cost efficiency.
• Ensure all crew arrive on time in clean uniforms and wear required safety equipment.
• Assist in training of galley staff and supervise team members.
• Direct and motivate galley personnel and monitor kitchen operations.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure equipment and temperature logs are kept current.
• Collaborate with the chef on menu changes and respond to guest feedback.
