Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Inspiring the kitchen team, leading by example to ensure our customers have a genuinely unforgettable dining experience.
  • Driving sales, bookings and upselling.
  • Staff rostering.
  • Managing stock control.
  • Creating promotions and events to drive revenue.
  • Recruiting, on boarding, training, rostering, coaching, motivating and managing team members.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

Someone looking to share their passion about food and exceptional experiences. You are a team player capable of leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef. You are resourceful, organised, attentive to detail and results-driven.
