Responsible for efficient operation of the Restaurant Kitchen and some duties with Banquet Kitchen
Reviewing BEO’s/ordering/ req food, writing production sheets, assigning task, supervising staff, develop additions to menu, train and develop staff, MOS training and reviews, monitoring of kitchen equipment is in good working order, monitor daily food production and safety of staff.
