We are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at Crustacean Beverly Hills.
As Junior Sous, you’ll support our culinary leadership in executing Chef Helene An’s iconic recipes with excellence, consistency, and care. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to grow within a luxury kitchen environment, gaining mentorship while sharpening their technical skills. We have had some kitchen team members with us for over 15 years and there is always room to grow within our brand.
We’re looking for someone who:
Experience with modern Asian or French cuisine is a plus, but not required—we’ll help you get there.
