Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of relevant or internship experience in a mid-to large-sized organization.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong presentation skills; able to articulate rationale to collaborators.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel about 25%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Participate as part of a team on internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice.
• Support customers and colleagues in adopting new technologies that drive value.
• Demonstrate strong communication to guide complex concepts and prescriptive thinking.
• Identify and escalate risk areas to drive issue resolution.
• Help review and correct key artifacts to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Architects to test, build, and implement technology solutions.
• Contribute to program vision and monitor delivery throughout the lifecycle.
