Job summary

Salesforce invites a Summer 2027 intern to join the Solution Engineering team in New York. You will work with Account Executives and leaders to understand customer needs and craft tailored cloud-based solutions.

You will help demonstrate Salesforce’s platform, build demos, and support sales initiatives while gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading products. The internship emphasizes collaboration, storytelling, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business/CS/IS/Engineering; expected Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in pre-sales or consultative roles.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Account Executives to understand customer requirements.
• Assist in creating and presenting product demonstrations (demos) for Salesforce capabilities.
• Research industry trends and customer challenges to inform proposals.
• Support development of proof-of-concept solutions for customer envisioning.
• Participate in workshops and customer meetings to gather business requirements.
• Contribute to sales collateral, slide decks, and demo scripts.
• Help optimize internal processes and tools for the Solution Engineering team.
• Gain deep knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
