Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and stress tests on voice calls using automated scripts and manual procedures.
• Simulate real world network impairments to evaluate the received and transmitted audio signal.
• Calculate objective quality metrics and correlate them with subjective user feedback.
• Work closely with codec developers and test leads to diagnose issues (codec mismatches, echo cancellation failures, hardware limitations).
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and cross‑functional teams.
• Detect, track, and document software defects and performance issues.
• Design, execute, and maintain functional, regression, and performance test cases for mobile apps and system features.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to the development team.
