Job summary

ROI Services LLC is seeking a Junior Software Test Engineer to join our team onsite at the U.S. Army DEVCOM AvMC at Redstone Arsenal to support evaluation and verification of defense software systems.

You will work with senior engineers to execute test plans, identify defects, and ensure that system performance aligns with rigid military specifications. Responsibilities include test case development for web apps and APIs, regression and integration testing within an Agile environment,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in engineering or Computer Science; 4 years of experience may be substituted
1-3 years of relevant experience
Clearance Requirements: Must be eligible to obtain a SECRET Security Clearance

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute test cases for web applications, APIs, and supporting database components
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing following Agile software development principles
Document test results, track defects, and verify resolution through collaboration with developers
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvement
Validate integration with Microsoft SQL databases and verify data integrity across systems
Support test automation initiatives where applicable
