Job summary

DoorDash is looking for students graduating between Fall 2026 and Summer 2027 to begin their engineering careers. You will work with mentors and senior engineers on real products, developing, maintaining, and shipping software with production-ready quality.

Qualifications include a CS degree, at least two software internships, experience with an OO language (Python/Java/Kotlin), solid algorithms/data structures knowledge, and SQL/database familiarity. This role offers growth and real ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline required.
• Experience with at least one object-oriented language (Python, Java, or Kotlin).
• Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with databases and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and ship production-ready software with mentor support.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and version control.
• Learn system architecture and how components scale in production.
• Apply feedback to strengthen technical skills and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to solve problems for users.
