Job Description:

Talent Groups is partnering with a leading organization in the legal technology space to hire a skilled Associate Software Engineer. This role supports the development of web applications focused on class action and claimant data collection portals. We are seeking candidates with the following technical qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, build, and maintain static and dynamic web applications using C# .NET 4.8, MVC, and SQL Server
2. Integrate applications with a SQL Server backend to ensure secure and efficient data processing
3. Work closely with customer service and internal technical teams to launch and update websites on a daily basis
4. Utilize Azure DevOps and Git for work tracking, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
5. Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues proactively
6. Maintain high code quality through thorough testing, code organization, and automation best practices

Must Haves:

1. Proficiency in C#/.NET 4.8, MVC, and SQL Server
2. Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and building Pipelines
3. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally NextJS
4. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
6. 3–4 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years working with C#
7. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
8. Bonus: Experience with Azure cloud configuration
