Job Description

We seek a Junior Software Engineer to support a U.S. Government customer, focusing on critical mission-related software and systems.

Position Details

• Support CNO's Emerging Open Source Activities (EOSA)
• Develop in architectures supporting networks, bulk ingest, and query services
• Engage with new opportunities and understand mission workflows
• Work in classified and unclassified environments

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of web architectures, NoSQL, data ingest tools, search tools, and web UI frameworks
• Improve PAI workflows, increase resiliency and data quality
• Identify new data collection opportunities
• Develop Python workflows for data collection
• Parse JSON, CSV, and similar formats

Minimum Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
• U.S. Citizenship
• 3+ years experience with a B.S. or 7+ years without
• Independent and team work skills
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Java, Git, Maven, Linux development
• Willingness to learn, team player
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs
• NoSQL databases, data wrangling, CI/CD, DevOps, containerization, scripting, data science, CNO/EOSA experience

Salary Range: $50,000 - $120,000, based on experience and skills
