Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills including joins, stored procedures, CRUD operations.
• Front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Ability to read, interpret, and translate business requirements.
• Early-career role designed for high-potential builders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance data-driven features using SQL and front-end technologies.
• Translate business requirements into clear, maintainable solutions.
• Implement low-complexity features and ramp up ownership over time.
• Debug and troubleshoot by analyzing data and system behavior.
• Contribute to extending Agate’s configurable platform for client-specific use cases.
• Participate in Agile workflows including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Engage in code reviews as contributor and reviewer.
• Write clean, readable code aligned with team standards.
• Document work clearly and communicate progress, blockers, and risks.
• Raise concerns when requirements are unclear and drive clarity.
