Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of experience with full-stack software development using languages such as Python, Groovy, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java or Node.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; additional experience may substitute for education
• Strong understanding of database foundations (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB) and normalization/denormalization concepts
• Basic understanding or experience with multimedia streaming technologies and video processing workflows
• Basic understanding or experience with API design and implementation
• Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment

Responsibilities

• Learn to translate business problems into software solutions under the guidance of senior developers
• Write code that adheres to customer security and requirements
• Support design, development, implementation, and maintenance of software systems with a multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with software design, development, testing, integration, and sustainment standards
• Research technology solutions and assist in resolving issues based on customer and business requirements
• Ensure products are scalable, robust, maintainable, and interoperable
• Learn and apply development best practices through mentorship and training
• Collaborate with team members and grow technical skills
• Participate in code reviews and team learning activities
