Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience or familiarity with Git version control.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming and SDLC/Agile practices.
• Ability to obtain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
• Collaborate with Product Owner(s), product team members, and senior developers to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and performance.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing systems and applications.
• Contribute to technical documentation including system design, user guides, and release notes.
• Attend daily team meetings, manage workload, and use Jira/Confluence for project tracking.
• Apply a junior-level understanding of AI and ML concepts in development tasks under guidance.
• Stay aware of emerging technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
