Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2 years of directly related cybersecurity experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance preferred for some roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and concepts.
• Experience with phishing analysis and indicators of compromise.

Responsabilités

• Monitor, triage, and report cybersecurity events and incidents per NASA SLAs.
• Analyze events to determine if they are incidents or require further investigation.
• Analyze phishing emails and indicators of compromise.
• Support escalation and incident response within SOC processes.
• Submit and track service tickets for NASA SOC requests.
• Maintain logs and documentation of incidents and responses.
• Communicate status to SOC personnel and external partners.
• Work rotating shifts after training with 4x10 schedules.
