Job summary

Infotech Launch Chattisgarh is seeking a Junior SMO Associate to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. You will design, publish, and optimize posts, using AI tools to boost performance while ensuring brand consistency.

You will work with design and sales teams, using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Meta Business Suite to schedule content and analyze engagement to improve reach.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut / VN Editor required.
• Experience with AI tools for content and design.
• Strong creativity and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.) Hands-on experience with Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio.
• Knowledge of hashtags, trends, and basic SEO/AEO basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, create, and publish engaging content (posts, carousels, stories, reels) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube
• Implement organic growth strategies for data integration and retrieval from social analytics
• Work with design tools like Canva, Figma, Photoshop
• Collaborate with content and sales teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality posts on time
• Participate in content reviews, debugging captions/hashtags, and troubleshooting low reach to improve performance
• Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance content creation and performance
• Ensure consistency, brand guidelines, and timely posting of content
