Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Two to four years experience as an applications specialist managing system integrations.
• Three to five years experience creating training materials and training end users.
• Ability to analyze and maintain multiple complex systems.
• Experience with Adobe, Microsoft, and Google productivity suites.
• Working knowledge of SQL and information system query languages or willingness to learn.
• Ability to design training materials and documentation.
• Ability to learn federal, state and local educational data reporting requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead trainings for stakeholders and users.
• Confidential handling of sensitive information.
• Demonstrated excellence in analytical problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical and administrative role for implementing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting the district’s SIS and modules.
• Provide guidance to use cases and configuration changes affecting all SIS users.
• Offer knowledge and support to help desk personnel (tiers 1-3).
• Oversee online registration of students and train building staff for registration functions.
• Install and test new changes/features; create test data; evaluate results and assist staff.
• Manage modules in the SIS: EWS, Analytics, Assessment Imports, MTSS, SpEd, Portals, Registration.
• Perform data quality checks and validate student/family data in the SIS.
• Analyze user requirements and identify enhancements for systems.
• Consult district leadership to improve data efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain professional contacts with SIS professionals regionally/statewide.
• Provide reports to district leadership for data-driven decisions.
• Ensure data syncing with 3rd party systems and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as required by the Director of Technology.
