Job summary

KBR is seeking a Jr. Signal Processing Engineer in King of Prussia, PA to collaborate across stakeholders on the design, development, and research of interfaces for integrated subsystems.

You will validate mission requirements and monitor system performance, advising the customer on critical decisions. The role requires a strong foundation in MATLAB signal processing, 0–3 years of experience, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience, internships acceptable.
• Experience with MATLAB signal processing.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop MATLAB tools to compute SNR, optical blur, and other metrics.
• Present results to stakeholders organized in databases and slides.
• Model electro-optical system components in MATLAB including focal planes and optics.
• Set up MATLAB models and verify results with checks.
• Act as advisor to customers, informing mission-critical decisions.
