Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
• BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops applicable).
• Experience with MATLAB signal processing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can partner with multiple teammates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply software tools in MATLAB to calculate metrics (SNR, optical blur, sensor motion).
• Organize results in databases, software, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Model electro-optical system components in MATLAB and review results.
• Coordinate engineering functions for design, install, test and integration of systems and subsystems.
• Serve as customer interface and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare technical reports and proposals and collaborate across teams.
