Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting seeks a Junior SharePoint Administrator to support SharePoint Online within the AI/Data Analytics & Visualization ART. You will work under senior admins to provision sites, manage permissions, troubleshoot, document, and maintain the M365 environment.

The role includes engaging with customers, assisting migrations, and producing executive reports with Power BI. The position requires experience building sites with webparts, strong communication skills, and a Secret

Qualifications

Experience building sites and using webparts to create visually appealing pages for user consumption.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of CUI and setting up secure SharePoint Online content.
Minimum Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Supports administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of SharePoint Online.
Assist with site provisioning, permissions, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Communicate with customers and users to enable productive work experiences.
Configure, deploy, manage, and support SharePoint Online and Power Platform in M365.
Provide configuration recommendations to the government for secure capabilities.
Extract metrics and reporting with Power BI for executive-level insights.
Participate in testing changes, updates, and governance processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders and present progress to diverse audiences.
