Job summary

H2 Performance Consulting, based in Washington, seeks a Junior SharePoint Administrator to support SharePoint Online and the Power Platform within the AI/Data Analytics & Visualization ART.

You will work with senior admins to provision sites, manage permissions, troubleshoot, document processes, and assist with data migrations while delivering secure, compliant solutions and executive reporting. Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience building sites and using webparts to create visually appealing pages for user consumption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and configuring SharePoint Online securely.
• Minimum Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Supports the administration, maintenance, and day-to-day operation of the organization's SharePoint Online environment.
• Works under guidance of senior SharePoint administrators and assists with site provisioning, permissions management, troubleshooting, customer support, documentation, and platform maintenance.
• Communicate with customers, clients, and users of various cloud-based and on-prem systems to enable a productive work experience.
• Support the administration and maintenance of SharePoint Online site collections.
• Responsible for configuring, deploying, managing, and supporting SharePoint Online and Power Platform areas of M365.
• Provide configuration recommendations to the government for secure capabilities and migration support as needed.
• Participate in testing changes, updates, and new functionality before implementation.
• Participate in customer meetings, training sessions, and SharePoint support activities.
• Follow governance, security, records management, and information management requirements.
