Job summary

Kodify, a dynamic content company, is seeking a Junior Set Designer in Los Angeles to support the Art Department across multiple studios. You’ll assist with set builds, production staging, prop sourcing, and inventory management, reporting to the Art Dept Manager.

The role requires a proactive, resourceful problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years TV/film production assistant experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic Adobe Suite and Google Suite

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant TV/film production assistant experience.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Proficient with Adobe Suite and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set builds, production staging, and striking.
• Assist with research, mood boards, material sourcing, and pre-production planning.
• Assist with runs, pickups, drops, and returns.
• Organize, inventory, and maintain Art Department assets and props.
• Track purchases, invoices, budgets, and expenses.
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents and inventory.
• Read scripts and storyboards to anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with Directors, Set Designers, and Production.
