Job summary

GDIT in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Junior - ServiceNow Platform & CMDB Engineer to manage a self-hosted ServiceNow environment and maintain the CMDB.

You will work with Linux and Windows Server, collaborate with development teams to deploy updates, troubleshoot issues, and help drive platform improvements in a cloud-ready context. US citizenship is required and a Public Trust level clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow Administration and CMDB.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Java and JavaScript.

Junior - ServiceNow Platform & CMDB Engineer

This position will work primarily managing a self-hosted ServiceNow Platform environment as well as working to manage/maintain the ServiceNow CMDB.

This person should have a good understanding of ServiceNow, knows Linux and hopefully have worked on a self-hosted and cloud environment.

They should also have experience in maintaining a CMDB.

As a Systems Engineer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of our DHS customer. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the ServiceNow Platform and CMDB environment.

• Security clearance level: Public Trust
