Job summary

CA CI? CACI in Chantilly, VA seeks a Jr. ServiceNow Developer with 1–3 years of ServiceNow experience to help manage ITSM processes and build portal apps in Agile/Scrum. You’ll implement, test, and troubleshoot ServiceNow components and collaborate with teammates on design and documentation.

The role emphasizes ITIL-aligned workflows, security clearances, and ongoing learning as part of CACI's mission to protect national security.

Qualifications

• Current IAT Level II Certification - Security+ or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and people skills and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Experience with ServiceNow Development using: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ITSM.
• Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Performing ServiceNow Service Portal configurations and deployments.
• Developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities.
• Ensuring that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process.
• Leveraging UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
• Implementing ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and ACL management.
• Working with other developers and Scrum Master to communicate current development effort status and any blockers in the daily Scrum meetings.
• Assisting with maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques during the during the development process.
