Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT support contact for teammates.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and device deployment.
• Diagnose hardware, software, and network issues; escalate when needed.
• Configure and deploy laptops/desktops for end users.
• Maintain network health and coordinate cross-team IT tasks.
• Log tickets and document resolutions in the system.
