Napleton Nissan in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Junior Service Advisor to act as liaison between customers and technicians, presenting repair recommendations and maintaining clear communication throughout the service experience.

You will greet customers, write repair orders with transparent cost/time estimates, and contribute to a positive, efficient Service Lane. No prior experience required beyond strong customer service and tech aptitude.

• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Junior Service Advisor. Located at Lexus of Maplewood, the Junior Service Advisor is a critical role, working as a liaison to our customers and technicians by present vehicle repair recommendations. You will play an active role in the Service Lane by providing excellent service and suggestions to keep the customer’s vehicle in top shape.
