Brafton, a leading content marketing firm, is seeking a Junior SEO strategist to join our Consulting Department in the United States. This role supports Senior Strategists with research, analysis and execution on client websites, helping to improve visibility in search results and optimize site architecture.

You will develop skills in audits, performance reports, and keyword research while collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings on client calls.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years or more of experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Foundational understanding of SEO principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team.
• Understanding of technical SEO concepts.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SEO team in using tools to gather performance data and insights on client sites.
• Help Senior Strategists compile audits and performance reports.
• Conduct keyword research, map content opportunities, and perform on-page optimization.
• Leverage Google Analytics to monitor metrics.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve brand visibility in AI overviews and generative search results.
• Optimize site architecture and content for LLM crawlers with clear entity relationships.
• Monitor brand mentions and citations within generative search results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings on client calls.
• Continually learn and share SEO learnings with teams.
