We are seeking someone who is committed to continuous improvement and is comfortable communicating with people at all levels of an organization.
As a Junior Scrum Master, you will be a key leader in helping our team thrive. You'll work closely with team members and the product owner to ensure project goals are met on time. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating Scrum Ceremonies:You'll lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring the team stays on track and works together effectively.
Improving Processes:You'll help the team identify and remove obstacles, continually looking for ways to improve workflows and overall performance.
Promoting an Agile Mindset:You'll coach and mentor the team on agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Building Strong Relationships:You will collaborate with stakeholders to make sure everyone is aligned with project goals, while also providing guidance and support to team members.
Monitoring Progress:You'll help track and report on team performance, ensuring transparency and open communication.
Knowledge of various Scrum techniques (e.g., burndown charts, retrospective formats, bug handling).
Anactive Secret security clearance.
May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances.
