Job summary

Intone Inc in New York, NY is seeking a Junior Scrum Master for a 12-month contract to facilitate Agile delivery across product, engineering, and business teams in a financial services environment.

You will coordinate sprint ceremonies, track progress, manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables, and support SDLC, release and change management while maintaining delivery health. Local to New York with strong communication and Jira/Confluence skills preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of Scrum Master, Agile Delivery, or similar technology delivery experience.
• Financial Services experience.
• Local to New York.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
• Experience with RAID, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working across Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

• Support program meetings and track key Agile metrics.
