Qualifications

• 6–12 months of experience in personal care formulation.
• Experience with lab testing and keeping technical docs.
• Excellent organization, communication, and technical writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency documenting and analyzing product development data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and reformulate personal care products under guidance of senior scientists.
• Maintain laboratory records, formulation docs, and development databases.
• Conduct stability testing: texture, pH, viscosity, odor, appearance.
• Analyze results and communicate recommendations to project teams.
• Prepare and submit product samples per procedures.
• Support timelines, budgets, and launches for product additions.
• Research and evaluate new materials and technologies for innovations.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, Packaging, and Marketing teams.
• Troubleshoot formulation challenges and identify effective solutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
